Gleeds is appointed by Walker Corporation to provide cost planning and estimating on the proposed development of Toondah Harbour in Cleveland.
Located on the southern shores of Moreton Bay, approximately 33m from Brisbane, Toondah Harbour covers an area of 67 acres. Proposals under consideration include 4 passenger ferry terminals, a 340-berth marina precinct, 1,000 new dwellings and a 20,000m2 retail plaza.
The vision for the development is to boost tourism and create new business opportunities while providing the local community with improved services and facilities.
