The Bridge is a high-rise, first-class office building located at the intersection of Grzybowska and Towarowa St. in Warsaw.

The area of the building will be approximately 47,000 sqm. This 174-meter-high skyscraper with 40 storeys will be placed next to the former headquarters of the Bellona publishing house.

The Bridge is designed to complement the existing historical building. Moreover, they will be connected by a common lobby. The complex will provide an access to approximately 280 parking spaces and bicycle facilities (147 seats, lockers and showers).

The project is carried out in accordance with ESG ideas. It will be BREEAM and WELL-certified – as well as Green Building Standard. It will also be certified as an “Object with no barriers”, which is a confirmation of the project’s inclusivity and convenient accessibility.

The Bridge (as the first office project in CEE Region) received the prestigious SmartScore and WiredScore certificates, awarded to the most technologically advanced buildings in the world.

The Bridge will also be equipped with the operating system (developed and implemented by the Investor - Ghelamco), allowing efficient access control management and solutions increasing its safety in case of an epidemic (among others, virucidal UV lamps which will be placed in lifts and air intakes).
