Centrum Południe is a complex of 5 office buildings with an area of approximately 85 000 m2.

Gleeds Polska team supported the realization of the buildings CP1, CP2, and CP3 by providing quality/construction supervision both during the construction and fit-out stages.

Centrum Południe is located at the junction of Powstańców Śląskich and Szczęśliwa streets, the buildings are placed along one of the main communication routes in Wrocław. The complex includes a common space for recreation.

The convenient location of the project ensures easy access from all districts of the city - Centrum Południe is located in the neighborhood of the railway station and main bus station, near academic centers and residential districts.
